I dont think people understand how cool this app is. It basically shows you a "true reflection" of yourself and therefore you can view yourself exactly how other people see you (something a normal mirror doesnt do). The forward facing camera on the iphone 4 works just as a mirror would in real time which is why the picture flips after you take the shot. This app allows you to see, in real time, how other people see you and shows you a new perspective of yourself. I suppose normal webcams automatically do what this app does and Ive never understood why the forward facing camera on the iPhone acts more like a mirror than a camera...
This is the best mirroring "mirror" app Ive found yet. No advertising apart from a non-intrusive section where the dev showcases his other apps. Handy little tool for those curious about how they look to others!

Excellent app! I am using it instead of two mirrors joined at a 45 degree angle to reverse a patients facial image as part of their treatment for neuropathic facial pain. Mirror therapy was first used to treat phantom limb pain.Thanks

Hands off the best true mirror app on App Store. It is free and there is no intrusive ads. It loads quick and does not crash.
Some bad moments

This needs to have a freeze or pause so you can look directly at the camera and then truly be able to use this as a mirror. If you look at the camera, you cant see the screen (except peripheral vision). If you look at the screen, it shows what you look like looking down. I suppose the iPad camera would work better. Time to uninstall this app.
I can only take one picture. When I try to take another picture the previous picture comes out instead. Very disappointed.
I was looking for a camera with flash this one looked good but, there were no instructions on how it work and it became frustrating on trying to find out how it worked. This is why I rated it 1 star.
Do not download this app if you honestly 100% think youre ugly. Because you probably are. I just found out with this app that i am very ugly. This app will crush all of your hopes and dreams. So do not download unless youre confident about your looks.
